I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Kent & Bond you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our product, returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If you received an item that has a manufacturing defect we are happy to issue a refund.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to email us at our Contact Us page with your name, email and order number. Once we confirm your return is acceptable, we will provide a return address to send your package. Customers must pay return shipping.

 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once your item(s) are received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please email us at our Contact Us page with your name and email. We will also need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on.  You will have to provide their first and last name, or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. Due to the nature of our product, returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

What are your shipping and return policies?
Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental USA, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Shipping to Canada and other countries will incur an additional charge.
